1. Introduction

Welcome to ChartGaze ("the App"), operated by Tiera LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our application and the services provided therein. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Description

ChartGaze provides personalized astrological natal chart interpretations generated by artificial intelligence. The content provided is for entertainment, spiritual, and self-exploration purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete birth information (date, time, and location) for the generation of your natal chart. The accuracy of the interpretation is dependent on the accuracy of the data you provide.

4. Payments and Refunds

The basic natal chart interpretation is provided free of charge. Access to advanced, in-depth interpretations ("Advanced Features") requires a one-time payment. All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to their terms of service.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on purchases for Advanced Features. The only exception is in the case of a verifiable technical error where a payment was successfully processed, but the Advanced Features were not unlocked or displayed. To request a refund under these specific circumstances, you must contact our support team via our Contact Page within 7 days of the transaction and provide a screenshot of the payment receipt and the error you encountered. We reserve the right to verify the claim and issue a refund at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and the arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of Tiera LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Tiera LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tiera LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; or (c) any decisions you make based on the information provided by the App. You agree that the astrological interpretations are not directives and you are solely responsible for your own life choices and actions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tiera LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
